FCC Compliance

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires broadcast stations to maintain certain information and make that information available to the public. Our public file is maintained at the NHPTV Broadcast Center, 268 Mast Road, Durham, NH and is available for public viewing during normal business hours.

Licensing

NHPTV is licensed to the University System of New Hampshire, and is governed by a 21-member Board of Governors, a subcommittee to the University System of New Hampshire Board of Trustees. NHPTV consists of eight broadcast channels:
