Teamwork, or cooperation, is when you work with a group to get something done. Often you use teamwork without even realizing it, like building a sand castle with your family or helping your parent at the grocery store. Teamwork is also important when participating in things like bands, group sports, or dramatic plays. Click on some fun teamwork activities to do with your family or friends, and remember the more, the merrier.
If you and your friends or family enjoy creating artwork, try making a group collage using various art supplies like watercolors, markers, glue, tissue paper, construction paper, photographs, magazine images, and a large poster board.
On separate sheets of paper create abstract art using tissue paper, crayons, and paints.
While the abstract sheets are drying, search magazines and photos (that parents have okayed to use) to cut out images. With your team members cut out sections of the images, photographs and all member’s abstract art.
Take a look at what everyone’s selected and, working as a team, compile the images into a larger work of art on the large poster board.
