LiveFit NH
This new NHPTV community engagement project is designed to encourage healthy eating and physical activity in children and adults. With its partner organizations statewide, LiveFIT NH will demonstrate-through television segments, education and outreach activities, and online resources-how individuals, families, schools and communities can combat obesity trends so all Granite Staters can live fit and well.

You can learn about physical and mental health at this site from the Centers for Disease Control. You'll find fact sheets, activities, and meet the expert profiles.
Nutrition Cafe
Who said you shouldn't play with your food? At this site from the Pacific Science Center and the Washington State Dairy Council, you can be a nutrition sleuth and find the missing nutrient, play the Grab a Grape game and test you food knowledge, or build a menu and see how nutritious it is.

A young Indian boy follows his vision quest to find the special gift he can bring to his people in the featured book by New Hampshire author and illustrator Tomie dePaola. Levar visits Dominic Arquero, a Native America painter who lives in a pueblo in New Mexico. Dolly Naranjo, with her daughter and mother, show how they make traditional pottery from mixing clay and shaping pots to finishing them.
