  Fifth Annual Reading Rainbow Contest

Once Upon a Rainy Day

Once upon a rainy day, in a magical rainforest, there lived a monkey, a bird, and an ant. Buddy, the Spider Monkey, lived in the canopy. He ate plants, fruits, and leaves. He swung in the branches with his tail. Woopy the Hoatzin, (pronounced Watson), had claws on his wings and long head feathers, red eyes, and blue patches on his face. He loved to eat marsh grasses.
