The Purple Dolphin

One day, Joe, a purple dolphin with silver spots was swimming along the ocean. All the other dolphins laughed at him because he looked funny. The little dolphin was hurt inside because they looked at him in funny ways. Even though the other little dolphins were different too, they would play together, except for the purple dolphin. The others would swim, look for food, and play games together, but they always left Joe behind. He was sad because he just wanted the others to like him, but they just turned their heads and swam away. One day a dolphin named Nina was swimming alone looking for food. She came upon a very large great white shark.
