Hi! My name is Lee Anne. I'm fourteen. I live in the deep forest of Tibet, China with my mom. Let me tell you the story of how I got my friend, the panda.
One day I was walking through bamboo bushes to pick berries, and I heard a noise. It sounded like a bear, But I noticed it was black and white. I got really scared, and climbed up the nearest tree, on the strongest limb. I looked down and was frightened, I was so high off the ground. All the branches were too weak so I couldn't climb higher. It finally dawned on me, I was trapped with some animal that climbed and was...? Hmmm, what was the animal doing down there? I looked down and it was gone, so I climbed down. I thought and thought, if the animal is black and white, lives in Tibet, China near bamboo bushes, it's definitely a panda bear.
