PASSPORT CRAFT BEER & FOOD PAIRING TOUR ON TAP SEPTEMBER 17 AT STRAWBERY BANKE MUSEUM

Passport Photos and Logo (PORTSMOUTH, NH, July 15, 2016) – A love of craft beer, delicious food and an evening in beautiful Portsmouth are the draw for the annual PASSPORT Craft Beer & Food Pairing Tour at historic Strawbery Banke Museum.

Held Saturday, September 17th, this year’s event will offer guests an eclectic range of more than 20 craft beers paired with savory and sweet tastes from local restaurants and food purveyors. The PASSPORT event is a benefit for New Hampshire Public Television and Strawbery Banke Museum. Tickets are available at nhptv.org/passport; tickets are limited and PASSPORT sells out early.

PASSPORT guests stroll the museum's historic grounds while sampling pairings designed to complement and enhance the flavors of the beer and food. Award-winning Seacoast chef Evan Hennessey and Smuttynose Brewing Company are coordinating this year’s pairings with the brewers and chefs.

Participating PASSPORT breweries to date include: Smuttynose Brewing Company, Portsmouth Brewery, SmuttLabs, Bad Lab Beer Company, Neighborhood Beer Company, Liars Bench Beer Company, Great North Aleworks, Woodstock Inn Brewery, Allagash Brewing Company, Henniker Brewing Company, Throwback Brewery, 7th Settlement, Great Rhythm Brewing Company, North Country Hard Cider Company, Martha's Exchange Brewing Company, The Flying Goose and many more still to be added.
