It's mud season, which means that it's also time for Town Hall meetings. NH Outlook's Beth Carroll visits the communities of Lee and Epsom to hear how they are dealing with the uncertainty of reduced state revenues and growing demands of services during a recession.

Plymouth State University reduced its dining hall expenditures by 160,000 dollars this past year. You might be surprised how they did it. NH Outlook's Phil Vaughn brings you the story.
