Avoiding Foreclosure; NH Economic Forecast

Aired Sunday, Jan 25, 2009

Avoiding Foreclosure
Foreclosure is knocking on the doors of many New Hampshire homeowners. Peter Hildreth, the state's banking commissioner, offers practical advice on how reduce the chance of losing your home because of economic hardships.

NH Economic Forecast
State lawmakers got an earful this week about the state of the economy. Legislators met with a group of economists to hear a forecast of New Hampshire's economic health. NH Outlook's Richard Ager explores what this means for Granite Staters.
The economic forecasts were provided by Robert Tannenwald of the Boston Federal Reserve Bank; UNH Professor Ross Gittell; Laconia economist Russ Thibeault; Dennis Delay from the New Hampshire Center for Public Policy Studies, and others. Visit the House web site for an audio recording of the Joint Finance and House and Ways Committees hearing.
