Our NH Votes 2008 coverage continues with a look at the two Republican candidates running in the 1st Congressional District primary race. Former Congressman Jeb Bradley and former state Health and Human Services Commissioner John Stephen face-off in the September 9th primary for the chance to challenge incumbent Democratic Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter. NH Outlook's Richard Ager explores the issues with both candidates, including rising fuel prices and taxes.
