NH's Role in 2008 Presidential Race
Aired Sunday, Jul 13, 2008
|
The state's "first-in-the-nation" primary may long be over, but presidential politics have hardly faded into the background. As a swing state, New Hampshire could be crucial to winning the White House. While the rest of the nation was finishing up primaries, the general election campaign had already moved on to the Granite State.
James Pindell, National Managing Editor, Politicker.com, Andy Smith, director of the UNH Survey Center and associate professor of Political Science at UNH and NH Outlook's veteran political reporter Richard Ager join host Beth Carroll to talk about New Hampshire's role in the 2008 presidential election.
They met at the NH Political Library housed in the State Library in Concord.
