Understanding Polls
It's that time again when your phone seems to ring off the hook with people seeking your opinion on the presidential primary. Some of the callers are gathering information to improve their respective campaign messaging.
But some of them are from the Survey Center at the University of New Hampshire.
How do political polls work? James Pindell speaks with UNH Survey Center Director, Andy Smith, to ask this week's Primary Question.
Anatomy of a Blogger
One of the new forces in the presidential primary campaign is the blogger. It's not clear how much influence a blogger will have on the outcome, but one thing is certain, just about everyone is blogging these days. What is a blogger and how does blogging work? We'll meet one Granite State blogger, Dean Barker. He's one of the cofounders of BlueHampshire. The popular progressive blog is influencing political dialogue in the granite state
and getting a lot of hits this primary season. Dean talks about the power of the blogosphere and its role in the 2008 race.
