Berlin's Future View Segment
For more than a century,Berlin's paper mill and its stacks have defined New Hampshire's northernmost city. That era came to an end in September when three of the four remaining stacks were demolished. The demolition followed the permanent closure of the mill more than a year ago. As Outlook's Richard Ager reports, Berlin residents must now decide what will replace the mill, and determine the future of their city.
