Healthy Fast Food Choices
Original Airdate: January 28, 2007In the 1940's, two brothers from Manchester introduced a new culinary concept to America: fast food. Opening the first McDonald's restaurant in California created a ripple effect across the country. Eating on the run is now as much a part of American culture as, well, apple pie. Critics of fast food say it's helped create a generation of obese children. That criticism seems to have sparked change within the industry as fast-food restaurants offer more healthy options.
