cereal grain is a grain product. Bread, pasta, oatmeal, breakfast
cereals, tortillas, and grits are examples of grain products. Here are
some easy ways to incorporate whole grains into your daily diet:
- Choose whole wheat flour tortillas and bread rather than white
- Choose brown rice rather than white rice
- Choose whole wheat flake cereal or oatmeal for breakfast
