Harry Allard (1928-)

Harry Allard was born in Evanston, Illinois on January 27, 1928. He graduated from Northwestern University in 1949 and receiveda masters degree in French from Middlebury College in Vermont. He went on to get a doctorate in French literature from Yale in 1952. He is the author of Miss Nelson is Missing, Miss Nelson Is Back, The Stupids Step Out, and It's So Nice to Have a Wolf Around the House
