Math Central
This site from The University of Regina in Canada is designed for K-12 math teachers and contains lesson plans, teaching ideas, indexed links to other sites and resources, a section where you can post questions, and a problem of the month.

WebMath
Stuck on a math problem? This site has "fill-in-forms" where you can type the math problem you're working on. The site then analyzes your problem, and when possible, provides you with a step-by-step solution. You can also browse a collection of close to 2,000 problems that have already been solved. Problems range from calculating a tip to solving problems using trigonometric identities. The site also features an autoassign section where teachers can create an account and then post interactive assignment for their students.

MathTV
This site features video segments that demonstrate math concepts. Students can view the videos and then try to solve problems based on what they viewed. The site has a section for grades 3-5 that focuses on computation, a section for grades 6+ that focuses on problem solving, and a section for grades 8+ that focuses on SAT prep.
