Immediately following the auction you must hire an attorney or licensed transfer agent to conduct the transfer; the fee for this ranges from $400-$600, but may range higher or lower depending upon the fees charged by the entity chosen. There may be an additional fee charged by the resort for the transfer, these fees vary by resort.
