Bid on this unique opportunity for four people to spend the day on the UNH Research boat the Gulf Challenger. See the Klein side scan sonar as it brings the ocean floor to life right before your eyes! This is the technology used on many undersea recovery searches including the Titanic, the search for the Loch Ness monster, Swiss Air flight 111, JFK Jr's plane and Egypt Air flight 990. Your party of up to four people at least 12 years of age will depart from the Commercial Fish Pier in Portsmouth. The date of this trip is July 23, 2009 - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This sea trip aboard the UNH Research boat Gulf Challenger is donated by Klein Associates of Salem, NH.
