Nestled among the western slopes of the White Mountains, The Village of Loon Mountain offers recreation for the entire family. This one-bedroom, lifetime-deeded unit sleeps up to 4 people and is available as a floating week anytime in the summer months. This spectacular resort offers plenty to do with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, movie rentals, tennis, basketball, on-site fitness club, a game room, and stunning views of Loon Mountain. But if that's not enough, the resort offers easy access to your pick of theme parks, hiking and biking trails, boating, swimming, fishing, shopping, or some of the best sight-seeing in the state.

Conditions / Restrictions:   Interval trading is available for an additional fee and the trade color is RED. The floating week can be used in Season 2, which is June-September. First available for use in 2010. Annual maintenance fees are $515, subject to an average $8 annual increase, and are due in December, 2009. Please note the unit is NOT air-conditioned, and no pets are allowed. Sleeping accommodations consist of a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout in the living area of the suite. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. The suite also includes a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. Immediately following the auction you must hire an attorney or licensed transfer agent to conduct the transfer; the fee for this ranges from $400-600, but may vary.
