Flag Hill: From Vine to Wine Experience
Flag Hill Winery
Experience the seasons and a multi-day winemaking adventure from vine to wine. This fall, you and three guests will bypass a lottery of more than 4,000 people to participate in Flag Hill Winery's Harvest Fest. Pick grapes in the morning before enjoying a hearty lunch and festivities that include the annual barrel grape stomp. The high bidder will also assist the winemaker on the crush pad, a very coveted position. At day's end, each member of your group will take home a t-shirt, souvenir wine glass and a bottle of Flag Hill's famous Les Pieds Sucre. For a second treat, you and 9 guests will attend a 90-minute private wine tasting and intimate tour of Flag Hill Winery, where you'll each receive a souvenir wine glass and the high bidder an additional $50 gift certificate. Before the year ends, you and one guest will be invited to enjoy an elegant 5-course Wine Makers' Dinner, created by the vineyard's executive chef utilizing the finest local ingredients. Finally, in the Spring, you are invited back to have lunch and spend a day working alongside the vineyard manager, winemaker, and distiller to complete the wine's journey from barrel to bottle. Donated by Flag Hill Winery of Lee, NH.
Conditions / Restrictions: All participants must be 21 or over. Harvest Fest dates will be determined in late August or early September. Private tour will be arranged on a mutually convenient date. High bidder will be given a choice of dates (TBD Oct-Dec) to attend the Wine Makers Dinner for 2. No part of this item can be exchanged for any cash value.
