Overlooking the secluded beach of Simpson Bay in St. Maarten, this distinctive guesthouse is known for its congenial and unpretentious atmosphere. The original building is a former governor's house tastefully renovated into spacious, fully-equipped apartments. Each of the eight apartments is delightfully different, displaying a personality all its own. Conditions / Restrictions:   Stay seven nights during the high season (December to April) or ten nights during the off season (April - December). The unit has one bedroom, one bath and a full kitchen. An extra person may be added for an additional fee. Reservations required, subject to availability, may not be used against a previous reservation. Meals and gratuities are not included. No cash value. The recipient MUST contact the donor within 10 days of this certificate being awarded.
