Available year round, this program offers you time to find your own natural rhythms and develop skills for integrated living. Put the stresses and demands of life aside, and replenish yourself with quality time for self care and wellbeing in an exceptionally beautiful setting. While you are there all meals are included, as well as daily yoga, experimental workshops and a host of evening events. You'll learn practical approaches and skills that promote health and balance in your life. As the nation's most established center for yoga and holistic living, Kripalu has been providing people with tools for optimal living for over 30 years. Conditions / Restrictions:   The certificate is a stay for 2. Can be used mid-week for two consecutive nights. A reservation is required, subject to availability. Reservation is transferable. Not valid during July, August and October or on holidays. Transportation is not included.
