YOU were an important part of our first 50 years!

We want to hear from you! Wish us a happy 50th happy birthday or tell us your NHPTV story.

Thank you for the Big Band program and combo! It's my wife's 83rd B-Day and we danced to all that great music when we met in high school in NY in 1943!
   Rod G, Wayland, MA

Thanks so much for the Lawrence Welk shows on Saturday night. I sit and watch and sing, and the memories bring tears of love and laughter of years gone by. Thanks for the memories!
   Margery C, Mashpee, MA

Thanks for all the fun viewing over the years!

Happy 50th NHPTV! Just wanted to say thank you for showing great programs like Are You Being Served? and Keeping up Appearances. Whenever I visit my grandmother we have a blast laughing together! I look forward to it every summer

Happy 50th NHPTV. Looking forward to 50 more!
   Marilyn, Exeter, NH

My work-study job at the station helped put me through the University and kept me in touch with the "real" world. I remember being warned ahead of time that my boss smoked a cigar in the office, which was not a problem for me since I grew up around cigar smokers. Dale and Connie were the admins that I worked with.
Congratulations on 50 years!
   Cecelia, Warwick, RI

I enjoy NHPTV's classical concerts, opera - all the Great Performances. You do a much better job in these areas than the other PBS station. Thanks!
   George, Gorham, ME

Happy 50th Anniversary, NHPTV!
   Matthew, Northborough, MA

   Rosemary, Hollis

Happy 50th NHPTV!! Thank you for all your wonderful programs. My favorite has always been Are You Being Served? and Masterpiece Thearter. My son loves all of your morning childrens shows too. So thank you again and heres to another 50 years!
   Leslie, Vernon, VT

Happy 50th. I am so grateful to NHPTV and its OUTLOOK program for helping me awaken regional elementary school students and their teachers to the importance of NH's and New England's early black history. Since OUTLOOK's Feb. 5, 2004 interview of me regarding my book, CHILD OUT OF PLACE, I have been able to present a free program to over 5500 fourth and fifth graders and their teachers.
I am also grateful for NHPTV's excellent educational and entertaining programs. Here's to Fifty and more great years to come!

   Patricia, Kittery Point, ME

Happy Birthday NHPTV!
I watch NHPTV over the air(OTA) in digital and HD for free the "old fashion" way and love it. It keeps geting better, the new subchannel 11.3 is great (NHPTV EXPLORE) now there is always something on :-).
   Dana, Manchester NH

I love the British comedies, but most importantly I'm grateful for the intellectual and good quality programming on NHPTV, from the weekly political shows from Washington to the nature shows with Willem Lange. You are doing it right. Keep up the good work and hang in there through these tough times.
   Gloria, Hollis

I can still hum the "Your Future is Now" theme tune, and remember watching whenever I got the chance... of course, at the time I was in elementary school, so it was a preview of what was to come -- and _very_ helpful!
   Lili, Baltimore, MD

The short version is 1974: "Your Future is Now". Watched on NHPTV, ordered workbooks, got my GED w/Mom. Volunteered at NHPTV Sept. 1975 and hired Oct. 15, 1975. Still here! Happy Anniversary to all of us!
   Sandy, Barrington, NH

I had a great time watching the entire Anne of Green Gables mini-series (with no commercials). Yea!

Thanks for such great classics.
   Terry, Maine

As an educator, I appreciate all the resources NHPTV offers to parents, teachers and kids, online and on TV!

And I love Chip Neal's "NH Crossroads" interview with the Old Man of the Mountain!

Happy 50th, NHPTV, and here's to another great 50 years with you!
   Karen, Portsmouth

I love watching all the Crossroads episodes, especially the one about black flies with Chip Neal. It was the best! Congratulations on 50 years of wonderful programs.
   Scott, Lee, NH

I remember watching Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers and Electric Company as a kid. Now my son watches Elmo and loves it! Thanks NHPTV!
   Tammy, Portsmouth

Congratulations on 50 years of great programming, NHPTV!
   Lynn, Brentwood

Happy 50th NHPTV, thanks for everything!
